XL-901 DC standard meter is the latest DC power measurement standard device designed and developed by our company. In response to the current market demand for DC energy meter calibration, it follows the national calibration regulations for DC energy meters, combines the company's latest technology, and uses imported industrial-grade devices. It is specially designed and developed for the calibration of DC energy meters. It supports DC precision measurement and can accurately It can measure high-precision voltage signals from DC 0V to 1150V (MAX: 1200V) and large current signals from DC 0 to 100A (MAX: 120A), with an accuracy level of 0.02. It can be used to measure the accuracy of DC voltage, current, power, and electric energy. It has a pulse output terminal to facilitate detection and calibration of the measurement institution. It has a pulse input terminal and can be used to detect the electric energy error of the DC electric energy meter.
The device uses an 800×600 LCD display with full Chinese display, a clear and simple interface, and easy operation. The core module uses a 32-bit high-speed DSP, which is powerful and highly reliable.
Establishing the DC standard electric energy meter part of the overall calibration device for level 0.02 DC energy meters can realize the overall calibration of DC energy meters below level 0.1.
The error calibration of DC energy meters can be achieved using the standard meter method recommended by JJG842-2017 DC energy meter calibration regulations.

The accuracy of voltage and current is 0.01 level: 24-bit DC AD is used to achieve high-precision measurement of DC voltage and current.
Full-range automatic shifting: The DC standard energy meter adopts wide-range adaptive switching technology and can automatically shift gears in the full range.
Statistical analysis of amplitude and power: able to count the maximum value, minimum value, variation value and standard value of amplitude and power.
Voltage and current synchronous sampling: Use voltage and current synchronous sampling technology to achieve accurate measurement of power and electric energy.
Power error calibration: It has a pulse input/output interface and supports DC power error calibration. The pulse constant can be set and the power error of different DC meters can be calibrated according to user needs.
DC large current measurement: AC and DC zero flux transformers are used as the sampling devices for DC large currents, which solves the disadvantages of using resistors to sample large DC currents, such as large temperature drift and large heat generation.
Communication interface: The device has Ethernet port and serial port communication interface, and supports network port and serial port communication.
Human-machine display: equipped with industrial computer and 800*600 touch screen, which is more convenient to operate.
Software running platform: Equipped with operating software that can run on an industrial computer or PC.
